Senior Test /Quality Expert
Job Description:
- Supports the development and delivery of test plans and strategies
- Heads up a testing team, normally on a client’s site that will typically consist of a mixture of permanent and associate staff
- Implements automation/Load & Performance on at least 3 separate projects
- Builds/implements automation solutions resulting in a higher percentage of effort/cost reduction on at least 2 occasions
- Liaises with developers and users in resolving defects and issues arising
- Plans, prepares and executes both functional and non-functional tests on a variety of projects
- Gains additional work as a result of the use of these tools on at least 2 occasions
- Builds/implements automation solutions resulting in a higher percentage of effort/cost reduction on at least 2 occasions
- Defines and documents test environment requirements - including version & configuration information for 3+ projects
- Trains client & SQS personnel in the use of the tools or any bespoke solution
SQS Egypt is looking for new and experienced graduates with and without computing experience,
with the following backgrounds:
Requirements:
- Min 5+ years experience of testing throughout the lifecycle (inc: functional and non-functional)
- Must possess a BSc/BA in Computer Engineering/science or alternatively a proven testing experience
- Fluency in either German or French , in addition to English is a must
- Previous experience of system development or programming background
- Automation Tool Experience (able to scrip using TSL/VUGEN etc...)
- ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certification is a plus
- Project and Test Management Skills
- Mature attitude to career objectives
- Be prepared to fully or partially work for international projects that might involve travelling and staying abroad
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player
- Clear logical thinker
- Excellent administration ability
